The Softsparkle Pencil is one of MAC’s newest eye pencils. It’s a creamy pencil-style liner infused with micro-fine glitter. It is soft and super easy to apply. It defines well, and can add sparkle to the top and bottom eye line. Keep in mind that MAC does not recommended this pencil for use on inner eye rim.
